- No annual increase applies to: one-time setup, implementation labor, or monthly add-ons (unless you model those costs directly).
- Seat count is fixed for all three years.
- All amounts are USD. Taxes, discounts, currency conversion, exit costs, financing and inflation beyond the entered subscription increase are excluded.
- Each annual cost line is rounded to cents, then added. Enter zero explicitly for a cost that does not apply; blank means unknown.
- All calculations are local to your browser and run in your page only.
